Listen, I love me a good meme. I honestly do. The dumber, the more inane, the more out of nowhere, the better.
So when people started ragging on the ‘Cash me Ousside’ girl’s ridiculous accent and petulant attitude towards her mother, I was all for it. That’s good, put ridiculous people on blast for being ridiculous.
The problem with inside jokes and memes, however, is that they tend to get out of hand. We tend to help make these people rich with our obsession with them. Then they go and start to do things that they have no business doing.
Like the “Cash Me Ousside” girl, aka, Danielle Bregoli, making a song with Kodak Black that makes Rebecca Black’s “Friday” seem like a masterpiece. Behold this musical travesty.
She looks like she’s struggling to even remember the idiotic lyrics she uttered on the backtrack while she unenthusiastically sits on the hood of a Bentley gripping her cell phone like she’s waiting for the Dominos guy to call.
Behold her formidable stack of single dollar bills (in all fairness there’s at least one Benjamin a few twenties in there).
Have you ever seen a more excited and charismatic artist just light up the camera as they counted cash?
She’s looking at the cash like she’s trying to flick a fly off of her hand without disturbing it.
At least she’s making money out of it.
