MEDCottage created an affordable alternative to nursing homes nicknamed “Granny Pods.” The pods are mobile, modular medical dwelling designed to be temporarily placed on a caregiver’s property for rehabilitation and extended care.
The pods are pre-fabricated and pre-equipped, ready to be hooked-up to water, sewer, and power lines.
The pods range in price, but can cost up to $125,000. You might think it’s a high price tag, but every pod has premium safety features.
