Getting a new pet is an exciting moment for anyone. You are welcoming a new love into your life, so it seems only appropriate to progress another love story at the same time. When Jared and Kat prepared to welcome a rescue kitten into their family, Jared took the opportunity to make it the best day of Kat’s life.
Jared Forsyth’s mom works at the SPCA, fostering abandoned kittens to loving families. When Jared and Kat met Gandalf, a gorgeous gray kitten at the shelter, they instantly fell in love and set about preparing to foster him.
Seeing an opportunity to surprise Kat in the best possible way, Jared came up with a plan to make the occasion even more memorable. Calling the SPCA ahead of the adoption, Jared managed to get the company to call Kat and ask her if she would like to be in an adoption video they were filming. She agreed, unaware that Jared was behind the whole thing.
On the day, she welcomed her adorable new kitten with open arms as somebody filmed her for ‘the adoption video’. Little did she know that her life was about to change, as one of the SPCA workers came forward and asked Kat to check the name on the tag around the kitten’s neck.
Kat turned over the name tag to find a secret message written on the other side and suddenly, Jared appeared with a very important question to ask.
It is clear to see that Gandalf is being welcomed into a very loving home, with a lifetime of happiness ahead for them all. Watch the special moment for yourself and prepare to swoon!
