Crowd Takes To The Floor At Jazz Festival, And Their Spontaneous Dance Off Will Leave You Mesmerized

Something that I’ve always wanted to be able to do is dance. The way that people throw their bodies around effortlessly and express themselves so beautifully is captivating.

In this incredible video, a group of friends get together to have a big communal dance off in the middle of the dance floor at Jazz Roots 2015 and their movement is absolutely mesmerizing.

Accompanied by The Hot Sugar Band, the group takes turns showing off their best moves, kicking, turning and shaking away to the infectious music. It’s like a scene in a movie with how in synch they are!

As they cheer each other on, they can’t help themselves but join in with each other and buddy up for awesome double acts. The whole scene is a perfect example of how dance and music can connect us.

The routine was filmed at the Jazz Roots Festival in Paris and all of the dancers here are dance instructors. That probably makes sense considering how awesome they are at coming up with routines off the top of their head.

Once you start watching it’s impossible to stop watching. I was completely amazed by their feet – it’s like they glide across the floor. Not to mention the power and passion flowing through their bodies as they perform their routines; they are clearly having a great time!
