15 year old Hannah, who has Down syndrome and diabetes will always have to be in her older sister Ashley’’s care so after the newlyweds exchanged their wedding vows, the groom did the sweetest thing and exchanged the Best Friends vows with his new sister-in-law. Hannah loved she fact she shared her big sister’s moment and I don’t think there was a dry eye among the guests for the rest of the ceremony.
