Many airlines allow pets to fly in the cargo hold (where the atmosphere is unpressurized and the temperature is often unregulated) or in a container in the cabin, but some made headlines after they took animals on board with the rest of the passengers. To be able to travel with your pet like that, it usually has to qualify as an emotional support or service animal, but if it does, even out-of-the-ordinary flyers are welcome.
